Three user types in one product, each of whom would happily be their own app: the trainee following a plan, the trainer writing it, and the gym owner counting both. Keeping that one coherent product is the design problem.
Training and management for trainees, trainers and gym owners at once. I built the product and the GEO and SEO engine underneath it, and that engine is what produced the first traction and the first sales.
What I built
- Three connected roles in one product: trainee, trainer, gym owner.
- An exercise and programme library deep enough to be the reason people show up.
- The GEO and SEO engine that produced the first traction, built alongside the product rather than bolted on after.
